I am a hands-on Creative Production Director with strong people and team-building skills. For the last ten years, I worked for Promotions.com, a leading online promotions company. I began my career at Promotions.com as a web developer, advancing through the ranks to become the Director of the Creative Production Department. As Director, I managed a six-person front-end production team responsible for producing all HTML and Flash development for a variety of clients, including Kraft Foods, McDonald's, Hasbro and Razorfish.

While at Promotions.com, I supervised all front-end development for the world's two largest online promotions: McDonald's Monopoly [2004 - 2009] and Subway Scrabble [2009]. I authored and established the company's internal front-end development coding standards, increasing coding efficiency for both front and back end development. I am one part web developer and one part product manager, adept at organizing and prioritizing projects to properly allocate resources ensuring deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
I am a big picture thinker who pays attention to details and employs an appreciation for analysis. I am highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. I can work in both a team environment and independently. I love technology and have a strong desire to explore new technologies and expand my skill set.
My Technical Skills include:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, some jQuery, Mac OSX, BBEdit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Transmit, MacCVS Pro, Subversion, Microsoft Word and Excel, QuarkXPress, familiarity with Adobe Flash, various utility programs, WinTel PC
